Scion Legal, the national legal recruiting division of Scion Staffing, has been engaged to conduct a search for a Litigation Paralegal on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly regarded business law firm in Northern California. This position is onsite at the firm’s San Jose, CA office, offering the opportunity to work closely with a talented team of attorneys on diverse employment and civil litigation matters. LEGAL OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW: This role offers hands-on experience supporting complex litigation cases from inception through trial. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment or civil litigation, advanced organizational and technology skills, and a genuine passion for supporting clients and legal teams in achieving successful outcomes. What You Will Do: Draft, organize, and manage litigation documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery. Support case management, deposition preparation, and trial logistics. Coordinate and manage e-discovery, collaborating with vendors and legal technology partners. Conduct witness and client interviews to prepare for hearings and trials. Maintain and analyze Excel databases and create data reports to support case strategy. Provide general paralegal assistance across a range of employment and business litigation matters. What You Bring: Proven experience in employment or civil litigation paralegal support. Proficiency with e-discovery platforms and related technology tools. Strong Excel and data management skills. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The
