Litigation Paralegal - Labor & Employment Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Location: San Jose, CA (Full-time)

Responsibilities

Assist in litigation matters, including discovery, eDiscovery, trial support, and document review.

Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and outside counsel to manage timelines and deliverables.

Maintain case file organization and electronic discovery databases.

Support trial preparation, including trial exhibits, deposition summaries, and evidence organization.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years’ experience working as a paralegal in-house, working in human resources for a company, and a civil litigation law firm.

Must have experience in ESI Discovery and be proficient in Excel.

Must possess a Paralegal certificate or a degree in paralegal studies.

Ability to work independently, see tasks through fruition, excellent attention to detail, and familiarity with electronic discovery platforms and Excel databases.

This is an on-site role.
