Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CFO to oversee financial operations and support long‑range business planning.
Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership, the Board, private equity stakeholders, and lenders.
Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team aligned with company goals and strategic priorities.
Strengthen the finance function by refining team structure and building scalable, proactive capabilities.
Design and implement a standardized, driver‑based financial modeling framework to support business decision‑making.
Optimize financial processes by streamlining workflows and minimizing reliance on manual tasks.
Direct the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across all departments and business units.
Enhance data infrastructure and analytical tools to improve reporting and performance tracking.
Provide strategic financial insights to inform both short‑term decisions and long‑term initiatives.
Evaluate and model the financial implications of strategic deals, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the company’s strategic vision.
Work closely with the Controller to manage and maintain accurate, forward‑looking cash flow models.
Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis to support executive‑level initiatives and decision‑making.

Experience in M&A, investment banking, or within a private equity portfolio company is highly desirable.
Deep expertise in FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, tax, KPI tracking, and risk and working capital management.
Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
