Job Summary and Responsibilities Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) is expanding our collaborative primary care team. This role is at our regional medical center in Kirkland, Washington. Join an innovative multidisciplinary team that values work/life balance, teamwork, and patient experience.

0.75 - 1.0 FTE (approx. 36 clinical patient contact hours for 1.0 FTE)

Aspects of the Physician Role

Team based approach

The primary care team is broken into four pods that provide continuity for patient care. Each pod is a consistent provider group, supported by an advanced practitioner and 1:1 medical assistant support. The advanced practitioner helps support messages and indirect care, with built in coverage when a provider is out of the office.

Integrative primary care model

VMFH has an innovative approach, with embedded pharmacists and behavioral health specialists within the primary care team, partnering to provide the best care to patients. In primary care, we provide focused, coordinated care for our patients that have resulted in excellent health outcomes.

We partner with you to develop a schedule that balances the needs of our patients and providers.

Access to ancillary and specialty services

Ready access to specialty and sub‑specialty support through interprofessional consults and direct referrals with collegial and responsive results.

Compensation

A competitive compensation model that incentives quality. Compensation range: $314,000 - $345,000 /year.

Job Requirements

BE/BC; Internal Medicine or family medicine

Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA.

Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice.

Pay Range $314,000 - $345,000 /year
