Position Overview We seek a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join a 5‑physician women's health group (5 OB/GYN, 6 CNM, 2 APP) in Federal Way. The group provides evidence‑based women's health services to surrounding communities and collaborates with MFM, uro‑gynecology, and gynecologic oncology. The OB/GYN will cover 24‑hour onsite labor and delivery, work seven 24‑hour shifts per month, provide ER coverage for GYN emergencies/surgeries, and work with CNMs. Typical case mix includes vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&C, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy. A midwife is on call.
Schedule Seven (7) 24‑hour onsite shifts per month. On‑call for labor/delivery and emergency cases.
Qualifications & Requirements
MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC within first two years of employment)
Washington State medical license (active at time of employment)
DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
Current BLS for Health Providers certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 2–4 years of OB/GYN practice experience
