Role Overview The Senior Manager, National Advanced TV Agency Partnerships functions as the agency lead to drive revenue across Spectrum Reach’s rapidly growing national addressable and programmatic CTV business. You will manage a specific list of agencies and corresponding brand‑direct responsibilities, developing and executing account and agency development plans to increase revenue and expand market share.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Accelerate programmatic and addressable TV revenue, achieving personal and team targets.
Execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and ensure success in achieving the company’s and clients’ business objectives.
Acquire new business and grow existing partnerships aggressively and creatively.
Develop and manage strategy and go‑to‑market for digital and multi‑platform revenue within the assigned agency/client scope.
Support teams in setting up and executing sold campaigns and serve as liaison with Sales Support.
Assist in the delivery of marketplace training programs to ensure ongoing education and rollout of new technology.
Support a high‑energy sales culture that fosters success, enthusiasm, and a winning atmosphere.
Partner with internal peers and cross‑functional teams to innovate and scale solution enhancements required to accelerate revenue.
Maintain effective communication with executive team and managers across the organization to ensure the Sales Plan is executed and modified as needed, achieving revenue goals.
Own the message when conveying direction from leadership.
Proactively grow and maintain a network for potential partnerships.
Actively seek feedback from internal customers regarding the team’s processes and performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
5+ years responsible for a national sales quota with a proven track record of building customer partnerships and achieving sales budgets.
Successful track record of building new client relationships with national media agencies.
In‑depth knowledge of data, analytics, online/digital ad technology, and experience incorporating these attributes into sales strategies.
Prior sales experience in a revenue‑impacting capacity within programmatic CTV.
Experience building, managing, and growing a sales pipeline with media agencies and client‑direct partners.
Skilled in sales strategy, planning, and revenue forecasting.
Passionate about the convergence of entertainment, technology, and data.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to quickly scale progress in a complex business landscape.
Preferred Qualifications
9+ years of video media and advertising experience.

$120,000.00 and $138,000.00 . The position also has a commission earnings target starting at
$92,000 .
