Manager, Client Partnerships

(Phoenix) Spectrum Reach will support Spectrum Reach’s growing programmatic and managed service CTV direct sales efforts to mid-market brands and agencies. The Manager, Client Partnerships will partner with internal research, activation, and account management teams to create strategies that support client goals and develop account development plans to grow revenue across a targeted agency list, expanding programmatic deals including PMP and PG. Successful candidates must reside in the target area with established agency and brand relationships in market. What You’ll Do

Accelerate programmatic CTV revenue in the sales territory, achieving personal and team targets. Own and articulate the Spectrum Reach value proposition and go-to-market solutions for both agency and brand partners. Execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and ensure success in achieving company and client objectives. Develop and manage strategy and go-to-market for programmatic and managed service revenue within the assigned agency/brands scope. Aid in setup and execution of sold campaigns and serve as liaison with Account Management. Maintain a hunter mentality to support a high-energy sales culture. Partner with internal peers and cross-functional teams to innovate and scale solution enhancements to accelerate revenue. Maintain effective communications with executive teams to ensure the Sales Plan is executed and revenue goals are achieved. Communicate directions from leadership and proactively raise issues to manage stakeholder expectations. Grow and maintain a network for potential partnerships through regular outreach to clients via meetings, presentations, events, and entertainment. Solicit feedback from internal customers regarding team processes and performance. Travel required (approx. 40%), depending on business needs. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 3+ years ad agency sales experience with a proven track record of building customer partnerships and meeting sales budgets. In-depth knowledge of data, analytics, online/digital ad technology, and experience applying these to sales strategies. Experience in revenue-impacting roles within programmatic CTV including DSP, SSP, publisher or digital agencies. Experience building, managing, and growing a programmatic revenue pipeline with holding companies, independent agencies, SSPs, and DSPs. Skilled in sales strategy, planning, and revenue forecasting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels internally and externally. Reside in the territory with agency and brand relationships in-market preferred. About Spectrum Reach
