Opportunity
Lead one or more Agile engineering teams to deliver world‑class web and mobile experiences.
Own mission‑critical systems and guide technical staff across front‑end, back‑end, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Maintain ownership of mission‑critical systems and technical strategy.
Guide Agile teams to success and manage performance of 5–10 engineering professionals.
Drive full stack, server, and mobile app engineering initiatives and mentor technical staff.
Qualifications
3+ years managing engineering teams of 3 or more, 5+ years software engineering experience.
Proficient with web client‑side technologies (React, Redux, JavaScript, SASS) and mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
Strong understanding of microservices, clean architecture, SOLID, TDD.
Excellent people management and communication skills.
B.S. in Computer Science or quantitative field; M.S. preferred.
It’s Great If You Have
Deep experience in Web, iOS, Android, and API services.
Experience managing teams at an Internet company with high scale.
Experience with Big Data and data‑driven decision making.
Created new teams and greenfield projects solving large system problems.
