We are looking for hands-on Development Managers who can contribute to highly scaled web products and mobile applications. You should be a strong leader who can guide staff beyond current engineering standards and mentor teams to the next level. This project centers on building advanced customer-facing AI-powered bots that elevate user experiences across platforms. The bots simplify the pre-booking journey by providing quick, accurate responses, aligning with business goals and user needs. In this role, you’ll get to
Maintain ownership and responsibility of mission-critical systems. Guide one or more Agile teams to success. Engage in full-stack, server, and mobile app engineering and guide server, client, and infrastructure teams to optimal solutions. Directly manage between 5 and 10 technology professionals and be responsible for their performance. What you’ll Need to Succeed
At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams (3+ people) and 5+ years of software engineering experience. Proficient with front-end technologies (React, Redux, JavaScript, SASS, performance optimization). Knowledge in back-end development, with experience in Kotlin and/or Python preferred. Knowledge in scale, microservices, and clean architecture. Excellent people management and communication skills. B.S. in Computer Science or quantitative field; M.S. preferred. Nice to Have
Machine Learning, GPT, prompt engineering, and AI project experience. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or related AI/ML technologies. Equal Opportunity Employer
