Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees on HR-related matters
Partner with leadership on employee relations, engagement, and performance management
Lead and support local talent management activities, including onboarding, development, and retention strategies
Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives in partnership with the North America HR leadership
Facilitate training, coaching, and team effectiveness initiatives
Partner closely with North America HR leadership and cross-functional departments (e.g., Payroll, Legal, DEI, Talent Acquisition)
Support facilities operations, assisting with safety compliance and ensuring morale focus for Seattle team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5–7 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong working knowledge of employment laws (especially WA state)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
Must be able to work on-site daily at the Seattle office
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the games, toys, or entertainment/creative industries
Experience supporting technical, marketing, or creative team
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
