Job Type:
Full-time, FTE 1.0, 40 hours per week, flexible shift (7 am–5 pm).
Job Summary The ServiceNow Platform Architect leads the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow applications and platform features to align with Froedtert Health’s IT strategy and healthcare‑specific needs. The architect develops architecture roadmaps, governs platform technical standards, and ensures seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Develop and execute ServiceNow platform roadmaps, governance policies, and integration strategies with ITSM, ITOM, IRM, and SPM modules.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align platform architecture with business objectives and ITIL frameworks.
Lead architectural reviews, platform risk assessments, and solution design workshops.
Provide architectural guidance and best‑practice documentation to IT staff and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on platform architecture.
Hands‑on experience implementing and managing ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and integration capabilities (REST, SOAP).
Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and their application within ServiceNow.
Experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management), Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) modules, and Security Incident Response.
Experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Resource Management.
Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
Knowledge of computer/network principles, typically acquired through a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more relevant modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, IRM, SPM) required.
Special Skills
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Professional demeanor when interacting with Froedtert staff of all levels.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strategic mindset, decision quality, goal orientation, customer focus, action orientation, and results‑driven behavior.
Licensing ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more relevant modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, IRM, SPM) required.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks Hourly pay range: $41.37 – $70.76, based on experience. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
