Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our WOODLAND PRIME 400 facility. This job is REMOTE. FTE: 1. Standard Hours: 40. Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7am to 5pm.

Job Summary Responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform and applications. Collaborates with stakeholders across IT departments to configure the platform and applications to meet stakeholder needs.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years as a ServiceNow Administrator.

Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).

Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow ITOM modules.

Experience with ServiceNow IRM and SPM modules.

Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.

Education Knowledge of computer/network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.

Training Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Licensure

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant areas (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, IRM) preferred.

Compensation & Benefits Pay is expected to be between $32.54 - $55.66 hourly. Compensation will be discussed during the interview.
