Join Helix, a division of EssilorLuxottica, as the Product Delivery Manager who leads Technical Business Analysts in translating business needs into high‑quality deliverables across Agile and Waterfall environments. Reporting to the Helix Senior Director IT, you will mentor and coach team members while championing accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across product delivery. Major Duties and Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Business Analysts and Individual Contributors to ensure consistent delivery practices, high‑quality outputs, and professional growth. Oversee the execution of Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support team members in translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements with defined acceptance criteria. Ensure consistent documentation, traceability, and compliance with governance, quality assurance, and audit requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. Align Agile sprint activities with Waterfall planning and milestone requirements by maintaining an integrated view of the project plan and delivery phases. Coordinate cross‑team dependencies with non‑Agile functions such as Security, Infrastructure, and Legal to support end‑to‑end readiness. Monitor team capacity, velocity, and performance metrics, addressing bottlenecks and reallocating work as needed to meet delivery goals. Communicate delivery status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring clear alignment across business and technical teams. Step in to perform individual contributor delivery tasks when necessary to support over‑capacity workstreams and ensure continuity. Champion continuous improvement in team processes, tools, and delivery standards, and foster a culture of accountability and transparency. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline 5+ years of experience in product delivery, business analysis, or program delivery within Agile and/or Waterfall environments 2+ years of experience in a team leadership or management role Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage delivery across both iterative and milestone‑based project lifecycles Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience facilitating standard ceremonies Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and project tracking systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Agile mindset and thrives amid ambiguity, and rapid change Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing or mentoring Product Delivery, Business Analyst, or Scrum teams Experience working in a hybrid delivery model that integrates Agile and Waterfall methodologies Familiarity with regulatory, security, or compliance‑related documentation and traceability Experience supporting enterprise‑level integration or product launch initiatives Certification in Agile, Scrum (e.g., CSM, SAFe), or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) Strong understanding of software development and testing life cycles Compensation and Benefits
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
