Our client, a rapidly growing fintech start-up, is seeking a stellar Administrative Assistant to support their dynamic team with coordination, recruiting, and office management tasks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while also assisting with the company’s recruiting and onboarding processes.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

***Please note this is an in-office role with required overtime, Monday through Friday, and remote availability on weekends.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a seamless interview process.
  • Support recruiting efforts by tracking applicants, conducting reference checks, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting with offer and onboarding logistics.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, organizing materials and ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and other administrative documents, maintaining excellent organization across office systems.
  • Manage office inventory, keeping supplies stocked, organized, and documented.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and assist with ad hoc and special projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced professional environment; start-up or recruiting coordination experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Professional communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Salary Range

$90,000 – $120,000 plus bonus/equity and comprehensive benefits.
