Role Summary

As the General Manager of our Houston branch, you’ll oversee daily operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service lines. It’s a hands‑on leadership role where you set the tone, drive results, and grow the branch into a top‑performing division of Team Enoch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing local team
• Manage daily operations and ensure quality service delivery across all trades
• Drive branch growth through efficient scheduling, sales performance, and team productivity
• Partner with marketing and leadership to expand brand awareness in the Houston market
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure profitability goals are met
• Oversee customer experience and ensure service excellence
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
• Coordinate with DFW headquarters to align strategy, reporting, and company initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations or general management within the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar)
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills
• High degree of self‑discipline and ability to work independently without day‑to‑day supervision
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
• Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational targets
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between job sites as needed
