Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join the team in Houston Texas.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in compliance with EPA, OSHA, and state regulations
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues
• Lead and supervise installation teams, providing training and technical guidance
• Conduct preventive maintenance to improve system performance and lifespan
• Interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and system schematics
• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory logs
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and service delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC/R experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification (required)
• NATE Certification (preferred)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Safety Certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and energy efficiency practices
• Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and industry standards
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
