Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and inviting demeanor as they enter the Cupo Insurance Agency office.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials such as brochures and forms.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments between clients and our insurance agents.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Manage correspondence, including email and postal mail, and relay information to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and flow of information within the agency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment, such as printers and scanners. Experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the insurance industry, is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and relationships with clients and team members.
