Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $52,000.00/yr
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This position is responsible for recruiting for field‑level security roles; placing announcements for openings; working with agencies and other sources of personnel to secure candidates; and following up on leads.

- Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
Job Duties
- Responsible for monitoring requisitions within an ATS then screening and interviewing applicants.
- Utilize different dashboards and resume searches for assistance in sourcing and interviewing.
- Creates profiles on hiring needs for locations in different markets.
- Assists with recruitment deficits in difficult markets throughout the US.
- Make recommendations to management regarding recruitment improvements needed.
- Meet with manager and provide recommendations from analytical findings to improve overall success within Talent Acquisition.
- Perform additional functions, duties and tasks of a similar nature and scope as may be required by department management to achieve initiatives.
- Assist with applicant tracking system compliance and functions.
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience: Associates Degree or 2 years progressively responsible, related experience desired. Equivalent experience in lieu of degree may be considered.Competencies
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and writing skills along with planning and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing recruiting strategies to hire professionals.
- Strong customer service skills desired.
- Ability to be an effective team member.
- Must be self‑directed and capable of meeting multiple deadlines.

- Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
