Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support an entrepreneurial Founder in both business and personal tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires discretion, adaptability, and the ability to manage shifting priorities with ease.
Location: North Dallas area
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, normal business hours
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel with precision
- Monitor, prioritize, and respond to multiple email inboxes, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the Executive and internal/external contacts
- Support the Executive with personal appointments or travel coordination as needed
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and notes
- Manage task lists, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly reliable, trustworthy, and discreet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable managing digital tools (Google Workspace, scheduling apps, etc.)
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and flexible with shifting needs
- Prior experience supporting a high-level executive or entrepreneur preferred
- Must have reliable transportation for local errands
