Pay Rate: Up to $33.33/hour
About The Role
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to three senior‑level executives. This position is primarily on‑site in New York City and requires a candidate who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting senior‑level executives in an administrative or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple detailed tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to exercise initiative, independence, and flexibility in completing duties and adapting to changing priorities.
- Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and expense management tools (experience with Concur preferred).
- Prior experience in a brokerage or financial services environment is a plus.
