• Must-haves:
  • Experience with Ariba
  • Strong experience booking travel
  • Willingness to pick up the phone and make calls when needed
  • Experience with Concur a strong plus

Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to Managing Directors and the Firmwide AI team. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. This also includes making travel arrangements, preparing presentations, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.

They must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
