Achieve Beyond Location: Brooklyn, NY. Base pay range: $166.00/hr – $298.00/hr. Flexible work schedule. Job Responsibilities
Administer psychological evaluations in home and/or school-based settings. Gather necessary information to conduct social histories. Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories in a timely manner. Create Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and/or Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) goals. Determine need for additional assessments per observation and child needs. Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child. Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and State & Federal regulations); submit records to agency within established deadlines. Benefits

Valid NYS Clinical Psychologist license. Passion for working with children and families. Self-motivated team player with patience and professionalism. Fluency in a language other than English is a plus. Physical Requirements
Travel to and from assigned cases, including driving a personal vehicle, walking and/or use of public transportation. Ascend and descend staircases. Lift 10 pounds regularly.
