Deepwatch is looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the product definition and execution of our core MDR platform as well as our Security Center visualization, the interface where customers see their threat landscape, investigations, and the value Deepwatch delivers. This is a highly cross-functional role at the center of our MDR experience. You’ll work with team members from Cyber Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success to define platform capabilities such as detection, triage, and response, while also shaping how we visualize threats, performance, and risk within the Deepwatch Security Center UI.

What You’ll Do:

Drive roadmap and execution: Own the product roadmap for core MDR functions - detection, response, and triage automation. Translate strategic goals into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized feature backlogs.

Bridge product and operations: Work closely with Cyber Operations to ensure our offerings align with the realities of 24/7 threat detection, incident response, and customer SLAs.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Engineering and Data Science to define technical feasibility, scope, and timelines.

Influence and evangelize: Drive alignment across Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful go-to-market and customer adoption.

Think like a customer: Lead discovery with customers and internal users to validate assumptions and prototype experiences.

Champion customer value: Advocate for customer needs, and build solutions that deliver real outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud/SaaS, or B2B platform environments.

Proven track record of building and launching platform capabilities with complex workflows and multiple stakeholders.

Passion for cybersecurity with strong familiarity with SOC operations, or tools like SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and threat intelligence.

Comfort working with technical stakeholders including engineers, security analysts, and data scientists.

Analytical mindset with ability to translate data and qualitative input into actionable priorities.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
