Join Unilever to drive the digital commerce strategy for our Ice Cream business unit, delivering growth across omnichannel platforms such as Walmart.com, Instacart, Target.com and Kroger.com.
Background & Purpose of the Role This role executes the omnichannel commerce strategy for the largest ice cream digital commerce business, putting consumer behavior at the heart of every decision.

What You’ll Need To Succeed Craft and optimize the Ice Cream Business Unit’s digital commerce strategy to drive core top‑line and bottom‑line KPIs, optimize retail media, deliver against KPIs such as market share and sales growth, assist in campaign setup and structure, budget allocation and performance analysis.
Major Responsibilities Include
Analyze business and campaign performance for search and display programs.
Manage day‑to‑day workstreams with agency partners.
Support management of investments across retailers and assess P&L impacts.
Optimize strategy to deliver media KPIs: impressions, clicks, CTR, CVR, ROAS.
Craft strategies and analyses that deliver against brand and retailer objectives while maximizing growth.
Update stakeholders regularly on performance KPIs: share, POS growth, digital penetration.
Share learnings and results across internal stakeholders.
Pay The pay range for this position is
$86,080
to
$129,120 .
