The Customer & Channel Strategy Associate Manager (ACCSM) acts as the voice of the customer and shopper, ensuring channel and customer insights inform brand and category plans. This role includes responsibilities for licensing brands like Hershey’s (Reese’s, Almond Joy). Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement channel-specific business plans to drive growth and category development. Translate brand strategies into actionable channel and customer strategies. Lead or support brand projects to meet revenue and trade investment goals. Utilize tools like PEA and dashboards for customer investment and profitable growth. Analyze trends, promotions, and programs for effectiveness. Contribute to the S&OP process for brand/category planning. Provide insights on category building, SKU portfolio, and consumer needs. Foster ownership and resolve issues proactively. Leverage digital tools to improve work efficiency and communication. Build strong internal and external networks for stakeholder management and influence. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required 2+ years in consumer goods, sales, or customer development Understanding of customer operations and channel drivers Decision-making skills in ambiguous situations Strong business and financial acumen Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $86,080 to $129,120, bonus eligible, LTI eligible. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, parental leave, paid time off, and voluntary benefits. What We Offer
