Job Summary

The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will lead day-to-day operations and marketing execution for our direct-to-consumer webshops, newly built on Shopify. You will play a key role in shaping the creative and marketing direction of our DTC business, helping translate our premium European brands into an engaging U.S. digital experience. This role bridges creativity and performance and is ideal for someone who can combine brand storytelling, digital marketing, and hands‑on Shopify expertise. You will guide a small team while actively building pages, managing campaigns, and ensuring our online experience reflects the quality and character of our brands. Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Execution

Plan and execute cross‑channel marketing campaigns across paid media, email, and social. Collaborate with brand and performance teams to ensure creative consistency and cohesive storytelling. Develop email marketing strategies using Klaviyo, including automated flows and newsletters. Shopify & Webshop Management

Manage and update our Shopify webshops, including product pages, collections, and landing pages. Oversee site merchandising, pricing, and promotions in coordination with the marketing calendar. Manage key Shopify apps such as Klaviyo, loyalty, and review integrations. Creative Direction & Brand Building

Translate brand values into compelling digital experiences and visual content. Work with internal and external resources to produce engaging creative assets for site and campaigns. Lead and support specialists in performance marketing, social media, and webshop operations. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including brand, operations, and product, to align marketing efforts. Analytics & Optimization

Monitor and report on KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, retention). Implement data‑driven improvements and A/B testing to enhance site performance. Qualifications

3–7 years of ecommerce and digital marketing experience, preferably in a DTC environment. Hands‑on proficiency with Shopify and related apps (Klaviyo, GA4, etc.). Strong creative instincts with an understanding of design, brand tone, and content quality. Experience leading or coordinating a small team or cross‑functional projects. Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, paid media, email, CRO). Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Passion for stationery, design, or premium consumer goods is a plus. What We Offer
