Position Summary
The Multimedia Designer brings the Hunt Brothers Pizza brand to life through impactful visual storytelling across print, digital, and video platforms. This role combines graphic design expertise with multimedia production skills to create cohesive, engaging materials that support marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and internal communications. The designer works collaboratively across teams to ensure all creative outputs align with brand standards, enhance visual consistency, and support both customer-facing and internal projects.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality creative materials for print, digital, and social media.
Develop branded assets for campaigns, packaging, signage, internal marketing, and events.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative touchpoints and materials.
Video Production & Editing
Shoot and edit video content for marketing, social media, and internal communication.
Manage post‑production, including motion graphics, sound, and formatting for various platforms.
Maintain a library of video assets and ensure quality control and consistency.
Digital & Web Support
Assist with updates and asset creation for the company’s website and digital platforms.
Create optimized web graphics, banners, and interactive visuals as needed.
Brand & Campaign Support
Partner with marketing and brand teams to bring creative concepts to life across channels.
Support brand initiatives, trade shows, and community outreach through visuals and multimedia storytelling.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative development for campaigns and events.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Branding, Outreach, Digital) to meet creative needs.
Support Nashville marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or similar creative role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Familiarity with digital tools for web content management or design (WordPress, Canva, Figma, etc.).
Strong visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
Travel Requirements
Travel as needed is required, including meeting internal and external stakeholders.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (computer‑based work).
Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and design software.
Occasional movement within office environment or meeting spaces.
Visual acuity to review digital and print designs, layouts, and analytics.
Occasional light lifting (marketing materials, promotional items, equipment under 20 lbs.).
