Position Objective The Support Associate supports a customer- and product-focused sales culture where core principles guide all store operations.
Functional Responsibilities
Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment and reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
Ensure new products are merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
Enter receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices to items received, complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
Receive and process visual packet materials, props and signage, and store stockroom hardware, hangers and sign holders.
Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
Alert store management to cash supply needs.
Assist with visual directives (floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement) and boutique cleanliness and organization.
Model, support and promote MAPS principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni‑channel experience.
Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
Seek personal developmental opportunities and solicit feedback.
Other duties as assigned; duties may vary by brand.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
Strong ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Adaptable to company technology.
Ability to work the majority of the shift standing.
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Regular attendance essential.
Physical Requirements
Constant walking/standing – 67‑100% of an 8‑hour shift.
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs – 1‑33% of an 8‑hour shift.
Frequent climbing – 34‑66% of an 8‑hour shift.
