Marketing Coordinator role at Pyramid Global Hospitality. The Marketing Coordinator will be primarily responsible for supporting the Sr. Director of Brand, Marketing and Sales, Pyramid Field Marketing Manager and other executive committee members as called on, ensuring Brand Strategy, and Marketing Plans and Activations are adhered to and supported as listed below. Specific Job Roles
Marketing Digital and Print Campaign distribution / management. Content and Creative management coordination. Website CMS, changes, additions and revisions. Maintain monthly leisure / group newsletter content. Groups/Meetings and Transient Market ad placement coordination and direction to creative agencies and reps. Local promotional event placement and coordination. Attending weekly Marketing Meetings noting actionable follow ups and deadlines. Set up Site Tour Welcome packets with sale materials, information and inclusions based on market, audience and individual client target market segments. Create weekly and monthly marketing recaps, milestone deliverables, and Delphi reports as needed. Maintaining inventory of and restocking of supply area for promotional items. Control the office supplies and ordering supplies based on par stocks and requirements. Create and distribute sales and marketing collateral as required. Answer incoming phone calls, qualify inquiries for both Group and Catering opportunities. Qualifications
Strong organizational skills. Customer service experience. Computer skills including Word, Excel & Outlook. Adobe, Canva, or other Graphics Creative Design experience. Willingness to learn new systems, to support marketing activations as neccessary. An outgoing personality and the desire to help others. Delphi and hotel experience is preferred but not required.
