Overview The Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth. This role plays a key part in expanding our third‑party referral channels (e.g. affiliates, professional associations, referral networks, and other mutually beneficial collaborations).
How You’ll Make An Impact
Help define and execute the partnership strategy aligned with business goals, including segmentation and prioritisation.
Partnership Development – identify and prospect targeted introducer partners that align with our strategy.
Coordinate the preparation of proposals and presentation/pitch materials.
Nurture and manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure mutual value and long‑term engagement.
Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, Marketing, Underwriting, and Compliance to integrate partnerships into the business model and ensure operational success.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of each partnership using KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
Support co‑branded marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and content initiatives that activate and promote partnerships.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities in the insurance space.
About You
Proven experience in business development or partnership management, ideally within insurance, financial services, or B2B sectors.
Strong commercial acumen with experience building value‑driven relationships.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong understanding of the insurance market, including key product areas and distribution models.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence at multiple levels.
Comfortable with CRM systems and partnership tracking tools.
Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number and quality of new partnerships secured.
Lead volume and conversion rate from partner channels.
Revenue generated through partnerships.
Partner satisfaction and retention rates.
ROI on partnership campaigns and initiatives.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
