Bachelor’s degree. Entrepreneurial ambition to own a practice. History of success in relationship‑building or client‑facing roles. Excellent time‑management skills. Desire for continuous learning and collaboration. Proficient critical thinking skills. Strong communication ability. Strong motivation and drive. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Training, Licensing & Designations
Northwestern Mutual provides a comprehensive curriculum covering client acquisition, sales strategies, and professional development. You will obtain the following licenses: Life/Accident & Health Certifications, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6, 7, and 63. Pre‑payment or reimbursement is available for tuition and books. Compensation & Benefits
Performance‑based earnings: Average advisor earnings $61 K–$119 K; Top 25 % advisor earnings $137 K–$250 K (first 3 years). Additional income structure supporting early development. Renewal income for continued client support and policy management. Bonus programs and expense allowances. Support for insurance licensing and securities industry certifications.
