Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management Supervisor with Security Clearance
Eiden Systems Consulting is seeking a Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management (IAM) Supervisor to support an upcoming proposal. This is an on-site role at Fort Belvoir, VA (HQ), Battle Creek, MI, Columbus, OH, New Cumberland, PA, and/or Dayton, OH. The IAM Supervisor will lead and oversee the DLA Enterprise IAM Support Team, managing NIPR/SIPR account provisioning, token management, access control, and trusted agent operations. The role ensures the confidentiality and integrity of DLA systems through effective implementation of DoD cybersecurity policies and best practices.
What you will be doing:
Lead IAM Analysts supporting NIPR/SIPR access operations
Manage account provisioning and validation via AMPS and ITSM systems
Oversee token issuance, recovery, and inventory
Ensure compliance with DLA security and documentation standards
Coordinate with PMO and system admins for IAM tasks
Monitor performance metrics and SLA compliance
Develop and maintain SOPs, KBAs, and training materials
Support deliverables and QASP compliance
Serve as SME for PKI, token management, and DoD IAM policies
Mentor team members and ensure DoD 8570/8140 compliance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or +4 years of related experience)
Secret clearance with a favorable IT‑I (Tier 5/SSBI) Critical‑Sensitive clearance
IAM Level I certification (e.g., Security+ CE)
7+ years of IT/cybersecurity experience, including 3 years in IAM leadership
Experience with AMPS, ITSM, DISA Token, and PKI systems
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with DLA, DISA, or DoD IAM programs
CISSP, CISM, or other advanced certs
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams
Familiarity with FICAM 2.0 and DoD ICAM frameworks
