Job Overview You provide essential administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors. You are the first voice a client hears when they call or walk into the branch. Your key responsibility is to get to know clients so well that you can help them identify and solve their problems before they even know they exist.
Position Schedule
Full‑Time
Branch Address: 3780 Kilroy Airport Way, Suite 810, Long Beach, CA
Posting open for 30 days from 11‑Oct‑2025 (may close early)
Core Responsibilities
Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
Assist with account opening, transfers, and other advisor‑directed requests.
Support marketing and business‑plan initiatives (scheduling, materials, correspondence).
Maintain accurate client records and comply with internal SOPs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Analytical thinking – attention to detail and adaptability.
Strong communication and conversational skills.
Digital tool literacy – Salesforce, MoneyGuide, Microsoft Office, and other firm software.
Team collaboration and independent work ability.
