$26.00/hr - $31.00/hr Role summary
As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will be a vital part of our team, providing administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. You are often the first voice a client hears when they call or the first face they see when they walk in the door. You help clients identify and address their needs, and you work with your financial advisor to support clients in achieving their financial goals. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services Support marketing activities such as planning and executing events What you can expect

$31.00 Qualifications & requirements
Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Manage account opening, transfers, and related requests under the direction of the financial advisor; process transactions and maintain client records. Administrative & Operational Support: Ability to work independently under the direction of the financial advisor; manage scheduling, preparing materials for meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives; help streamline processes and update SOPs. Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software. Equality & compliance
