As our business and customer base grow, we need a strong Salesforce Administrator to support, configure, and optimize our Salesforce instance and ensure it supports sales, services, marketing, and operations efficiently. Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and configuration of our Salesforce environment. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT) to gather requirements, automate processes, manage data quality, and continuously improve Salesforce to support business goals. Key Responsibilities

Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security. Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and page layouts. Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights. Manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g. ERP, marketing automation, support systems). Stay updated on Salesforce features, best practices, and suggest enhancements. Provide training, documentation, and user support. Troubleshoot issues and resolve system bugs or usage challenges. Qualifications & Skills

Must-haves: 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (or similar) in a B2B SaaS environment. Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator) required; advanced certifications (e.g. Platform App Builder) a plus. Strong experience building flows, process automation, validation rules, and declarative customization. Experience managing user permissions, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and security settings. Solid data management skills: import/export via Data Loader, deduplication, data quality tools. Familiarity with integration principles (APIs, middleware, REST/SOAP) and working with external systems. Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand requirements, and deliver solutions. Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and manage issues in production. Team player with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks. Nice to have: Experience in the asset management / maintenance / industrial software domain. Familiarity with ERP integrations, especially SAP, Oracle, or IBM Maximo. Experience working in or supporting global / multi-region environments. Background in data governance, master data management, or large enterprise implementations.
