Labor & Employment Associate – Houston, TX
Our client has asked MB Attorney Search to recruit a dynamic, highly motivated Labor & Employment Associate (approximately 2–4 years of experience) to join its Houston, Texas office.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a thriving, nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice that continues to see strong growth. The Houston office currently has several senior attorneys and partners driving a busy docket—what’s missing is a talented associate to round out the team and provide essential support at the junior level. You’ll have the chance to work closely with L&E partners in Houston as well as across the country, gaining broad exposure to a wide range of clients, industries, and matters.
Responsibilities
Temporary restraining orders and injunction proceedings
Trade secret and non‑compete litigation
Wage and hour class and collective actions
Single‑plaintiff employment litigation
Discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings in both state and federal courts

Top academics and prior law firm experience in labor and employment or complex litigation are required.
Pay and Compensation Base salary
$230,000.00/yr – $250,000.00/yr (based on skills and experience).
Additional compensation
Annual bonus.
