Trident Consulting is looking for a .NET Support Lead to provide L2/L3 support for legacy and modern .NET applications in an onsite‑offshore model.
Base Pay Range $130,000.00/yr – $145,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Lead L2/L3 support services for legacy and modern .NET applications in an onsite‑offshore model.
Manage a support team of full‑stack and SQL developers.
Establish and maintain ITIL‑compliant support processes and SLAs.
Provide incident triage, root‑cause analysis, and timely resolution.
Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexes in SQL Server 2022.
Work with Visual Studio 2022 for debugging and application support.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party APIs.
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments for enhancements and new feature delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.
Technical Skills Required
SQL Server 2022 – Stored procedures, indexing, optimization
RESTful API, Web API, WCF (optional)
Ticketing tools: Jira, ServiceNow
AWS hands‑on experience
Visual Studio 2022 debugging and application support
Development of RESTful APIs and third‑party API integration
Agile/Scrum collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Atalasoft dotImage and Kendo Controls
