How You'll Make an Impact
Support stakeholders to ensure the highest quality products to our customers
Monitor team velocity, throughput, burndown, cumulative flow and work with teams and release train engineer for improvements
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand ups, backlog groomings, sprint planning, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives
Own and resolve team blockers as it pertains to sprints and program increments
Responsible for burndown chart and communicating actions to meet team commitments, keeping in-sprint stories organized and properly managed
Manage, maintain, and utilize Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
Report on sprints that are in-progress
Coordinate project activities including updating document repository
Collaborate with agile team to ensure prioritized work is groomed, planned, and executed appropriately
Work with other scrum masters, release train engineering and project managers to ensure alignment on dependencies

What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: 4+ years related industry experience; 3+ years of Scrum Master experience
Skills: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; Experience working in medium to large scale consumer facing product development; Solid track record building and releasing new products from conception to production; Possess technical knowledge of multiple platforms and form factors (web, phone, tablet, TV, etc.); Demonstrated in-depth understanding of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative Agile environment with aptitude to learn and make an impact quickly; Ability to foster change, motivate others, and manage complex and diverse projects; Ability to listen to multiple points of view and synthesize against goals for recommendations; Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively and independently; Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and show judgment while working under pressure; Ability to communicate with all levels of management and internal partners; Ability to use personal computer and software applications; proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Demonstrated ability to work well with shifting priorities while tracking multiple development efforts simultaneously; Understands both Scrum and Kanban methodologies and can easily interchange based off team needs; Extensive experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile development tools; Demonstrated analytical skills and business acumen with a sense of urgency to achieve business results
Preferred Qualifications
Education: AGILE scrum certified (Certified Scrum Master-CSM), or equivalent
Experience: Running Agile development teams at an enterprise organization; Experience managing Scrum/Kanban teams using Jira/Confluence
Base pay generally between $77,900.00 and $140,470.00.
