We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Scrum Master
to lead agile teams in the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove team impediments, and act as a servant-leader to ensure continuous improvement and high team performance. You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to drive agile best practices and deliver business value efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices and values Work with Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized Identify and remove impediments to the team\'s progress Coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Ensure proper use of agile tracking tools like Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps Track team performance through metrics like velocity and burndown charts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sprint goals with organizational priorities Support the adoption of Agile across the organization Actively contribute to the Agile Center of Excellence (if applicable) Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP , or equivalent certification required 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile principles Experience using agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and conflict resolution skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience with software development lifecycle and DevOps practices is a plus
