Business Systems Analyst – Oracle Supply Chain/ Manufacturing
Fluke Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle ERP Applications (Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules). This role bridges business needs and technology—partnering with stakeholders, shaping functional designs, and leading solution delivery. You’ll leverage Oracle EBS and Fusion PLM to drive efficiency, innovation and scalability across our global supply chain.
What You’ll Do
Implement industry-leading solutions leveraging Oracle R12 EBS Supply Chain & Manufacturing modules (OM, Manufacturing, WMS, Inventory, Supply/Demand Planning, BOM, Procurement, etc.).
Apply knowledge of Oracle Fusion PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) to optimize product lifecycle processes.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and define solution frameworks.
Build and own functional/technical specifications, data flows, and prototypes.
Collaborate with development, business, and IT teams to design, test, and deploy solutions.
Lead external vendor deliverables and ensure high-quality execution.
Support implementations, upgrades, and migrations with accurate planning and estimation.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design and delivery practices.
Provide leadership in transition, organizational change, and adoption of new solutions.
Ensure solutions meet compliance requirements (SOX, Information Security).
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 implementations (Supply Chain/Manufacturing modules).
Experience in at least two full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations across modules such as Order Management, Inventory, WMS, Demand & Supply Planning, Manufacturing.
Desire to expand expertise into Oracle Fusion applications.
Strong knowledge of functional setups, features, and end-to-end test cycles.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and ability to interpret and support technical builds.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as OCI or AWS.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong collaboration mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, high integrity, and strong leadership qualities.

Pay Range The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 81,200.00 - 150,800.00.
