Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across various stages of the supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, inventory control, and vendor coordination. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by maintaining accurate records, tracking shipments, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving supply chain issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations including order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination. Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment. Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation. Track shipments and update systems to reflect delivery status, discrepancies, or delays. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory audits and reconciliation. Resolve supply chain issues by coordinating with relevant parties and escalating when necessary. Support data entry and reporting related to procurement, inventory, and logistics metrics. Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain and recommend changes. Provide administrative support to the supply chain team as needed. Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience:
1-3 years in a supply chain, logistics, or administrative support role. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus. Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organizational Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
