Talent Acquisition Specialist - Leadership Hiring [HCL Tech (Infra)]
SME (L2/L3) with 10+ years of global project exposure. Design and maintain complex network infrastructures, especially in SDWAN, ACI, and NSX environments. CCIE certified, experienced in transformation projects, and proficient in automation and scripting. Collaborate with clients, train teams, and address business challenges such as maintaining customer satisfaction and reducing downtime.
Base Pay Range $56,000.00/yr - $106,000.00/yr

Secondary skills: F5, DDI, Cloud networking, NetOps, Automation, Scripting

Work closely with the client and other track teams to permanently solve chronic problems.

Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
