Position Summary
The Client Service Representative will answer all incoming calls of potential new cases with the utmost professionalism and will fill out the new client intake before transferring to the respective intake team. The Operator will also fill out numerous excels to assist their supervisor. Essential Job Functions
Answer all incoming phone calls of new or existing clients. Answer all incoming emails in a timely professional manner. Professional phone conduct. Gather needed new client information and appropriately direct clients to the intake team. Generate and daily maintain Excel reports. Effectively review files and flow of incoming calls. Place daily follow-up calls with potential and existing clients. Work in a team setting. Perform other related duties as assigned. Experience/Requirements
Full-time. High school/GED diploma required. Bilingual (English/ Spanish). Previous customer service experience preferred. Experience with data-entry functions. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently. Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Schedule
