Interim Supply Chain Finance Manager A growing company in Hackensack, NJ is seeking an interim supply chain finance manager to support their finance team during a key transition period. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on professional with strong analytical, costing, and reporting skills, and the ability to partner closely with operations to drive financial insight and accuracy.

$40–$50/hour | On‑site | Full‑time Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of

budgeting and forecasting

related to supply chain and production costs

Perform detailed

costing and COGS accounting

to ensure accurate product cost and margin reporting

Prepare and review

month‑end close entries

for COGS and inventory accounts

Conduct

results analysis (actuals vs. forecast)

to identify key variances and trends

Perform

gross margin analysis

and provide recommendations to improve profitability

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Procurement, and Accounting

Utilize

advanced Excel skills

for modeling, variance analysis, and reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally in a manufacturing or supply chain environment

Strong understanding of COGS, inventory, and cost accounting principles

Proficiency in

Excel (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas)

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively across departments
