Overview
The CSC Contracts and Grants department is seeking an Accounting Technician to support college/university finance and accounting systems. This is a temporary position based in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities
Journal Vouchers Project Modification Requests (PMR) for budget modifications Subawards No Cost Extensions (NCE) and other related accounting procedures Salary redistributions and close‑outs Voucher processing Vendor setup for travel reimbursements and travel authorizations Process travel reimbursements and travel authorizations Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalency and one year of accounting experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent time management and the ability to multi‑task Effective verbal and written communication with diverse backgrounds Preferred
Knowledge of WolfPack Reporting Systems (WRS) and NCSU financial systems Working knowledge of college/university finance and accounting systems and routine accounting tasks Benefits
