Payroll & Benefits Administrator
with
ADP experience
to own the payroll process and keep employee benefits running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of numbers and people—you’ll ensure employees are paid accurately, benefits are managed seamlessly, and compliance standards are always met. Why Work Here Work-life balance:

Your work keeps payroll accurate, employees supported, and the business compliant. What You’ll Do
Payroll Administration Prepare and process
weekly payroll
through ADP, including time entry, deductions, rate changes, transfers, corrections, and status changes in compliance with Federal and State Wage & Hour laws. Process payroll exceptions (commissions, bonuses, tenure payments, relocation reimbursements, employee referral bonuses, etc.). Review and handle unemployment claims, garnishments, employment verifications, and other payroll-related items. Ensure accurate processing of new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, and oversee the annual disbursement of W‑2s. Benefits Administration Manage the day-to-day operations of health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, HSA, supplemental coverage, and the retirement plan. Coordinate with carriers to ensure compliance and timely enrollment, changes, and terminations. Assist with the annual
benefits renewal process
and serve as the go-to resource for employee benefit questions. What You Bring
ADP payroll experience
(required). Prior payroll and/or HRIS experience with multi-state processing is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of wage & hour laws and payroll compliance. Knowledge of group benefits administration, including open enrollment and renewals. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Clear communicator who enjoys being a trusted resource for employees. This position requires legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
