We are hiring immediately for a full-time FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR position.
Location: Bay Area CRS - 3536 Arden Road, Hayward, CA 94545. Note: online applications accepted only.
Schedule: Full time schedule. 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, days may vary. More details upon interview.
Requirement: Previous Microsoft Office experience is preferred.
Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour.
Additional Job Duties
Customer Communication: Answers incoming calls in a professional manner, directing them to appropriate departments or providing necessary information. Greets visitors and answers the door, ensuring proper identification and directing them accordingly. Maintains and monitors the guest sign-in sheet, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Service Ticket Monitoring and Assignment: Monitors Smart Tech cases and assigns them to appropriate personnel. Tracks the progress of cases and ensures timely updates and resolution. Closes service tickets from technicians, ensuring all relevant information is entered accurately. UPS and FedEx Communications: Coordinates with UPS and FedEx regarding package pickups and shipments. Ensures timely processing of shipments and deliveries, handling logistics and tracking details as necessary. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.
