Recruiter , you’ll be the force behind building high-performing teams in
property management , hiring both
on-site staff and corporate office professionals . From sourcing leasing superstars to finding corporate game-changers, you’ll play a key role in shaping our company’s success. Travel will be part of the job—meeting candidates, attending career fairs, and making sure we hire the best of the best. What You'll Be Doing
Talent Matchmaker – Recruit top-tier property management professionals for both our on-site and corporate teams. Sourcing Pro – Dive deep into job boards, networking groups, and passive talent pools to build a pipeline of A-players. Road Warrior – Travel to key markets and career fairs to attract top talent in person. Candidate Experience Champion – Ensure every applicant has a smooth, professional, and positive hiring experience. Offer Negotiator – Present competitive offers, ensuring we land the best talent while meeting company hiring goals. Hiring Manager’s Right Hand – Partner with property leaders and corporate executives to understand their hiring needs and deliver top candidates. What We Offer

Property management recruitment experience preferred – You know the industry and what makes a great site or corporate hire. A go-getter with a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities. Someone who thrives on building relationships and understands the art of recruitment. A strong communicator who can sell a role and inspire candidates to join our team. Experience with high-volume recruiting, sourcing passive candidates, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. A problem-solver who can adapt, think outside the box, and bring fresh ideas to the table. We’re looking for a recruiting powerhouse who’s ready to hit the ground running and make an impact. The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate. Required Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes Willingness and desire to cold call candidates as needed to fill open positions Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, and maintains confidentiality Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree is required, and a minimum of three years of experience as a recruiter either in a corporate or agency setting; significant experience in passive recruiting is preferred Experience with applicant tracking and onboarding systems a plus English/Spanish verbal and written skills highly desired Demonstrated experience in supporting C-suite clients Ability to schedule travel, calendars, and meetings; skilled in preparing a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws, regulations, and agency rules about recruitment and selection; current human resources certification preferred Understanding of the commercial real estate industry multifamily sector is preferred but not required Physical Requirements
