Responsibilities

Match guest intentions with the appropriate combination of services, activities, and lectures.

Contact guests prior to arrival to offer guidance, advise on bookings, and invite pre‑booking of services.

Assist guests on‑property by answering questions, making reservations, and conducting one‑on‑one consultations.

Identify guest intentions through telephone and in‑person interactions, and adjust itineraries by booking, moving, or canceling services.

Gather and document information requested by guests, follow up on requests, and record guest preferences.

Maintain current knowledge of company and department information through training, emails, personal communication, and proactive gathering from other department heads.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; not required. Demonstrated ability to perform duties is sufficient.

Experience in the health and wellness industry preferred; previous customer service experience mandatory.

Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.

Excellent communication, organization, and management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work calmly under pressure.

Strong listening and interpretive skills; personable with good written, telephone, and verbal communication abilities.

Passion for guest service and understanding of Canyon Ranch philosophy.
