Coordinates and participates in maintaining process automation and network functionality. Installs, repairs and maintains process automation control systems and process information networks; installs, programs, and maintains Programmable Logic Controls (PLC's) and related process automation and control systems; supports network communications and associated hardware. Provides troubleshooting support plant‑wide; provides expertise to ensure understanding of process characteristics to all employees. Payroll & Benefits Specialist Duties
The Payroll & Benefits Specialist’s position performs duties including payroll coordination, submission and compliance, benefits enrollment, coordination and compliance, presentation preparation, work uniform coordination and oversight, new hire orientations, invoice reconciliations and various forms of correspondence. This position may be required to work some weekends and evenings. This position may be required to fill in for other positions within the HR Department. Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Must maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of associates; must have strong grasp of business English, grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Strong organizational skills. Ability to create and maintain complex filing systems and electronic filing systems. Ability to multi‑task in fast paced situations. Excellent attendance record. Demonstrated high energy level, strong work ethic, and positive approach to problem solving. Advanced computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products. Advanced experience in creating complicated spreadsheets using formulas, pivot tables, and macros. Advanced clerical skills to include filing, telephone, scanners, fax, memo writing, and email. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality in all work related matters. Associate's degree in an HR, marketing, or business discipline or equivalent HR experience. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an HR, marketing, or business discipline. Bi‑lingual. Experience working within the HR module of an ERP system. Experience in administration of benefits and payroll or similar processes. Physical Job Requirements
Required up to 1/3 of work time: Face shield/goggles, dust mask/ respirator, hard hat, ear plugs, safety glasses and high visibility vest occasionally. Required 1/3 to ½ of work time: Standing, walking, climbing, lifting, push/pulling, reaching, and bending frequently. Required 2/3 of work time or more: Sitting, seeing, hearing, dexterity, verbal and written communication continuously. Position Reports To
